Both amd and nvidia drivers in the same pc

I will buy a gtx 1660 but I already have a ryzen 3 2200G with radeon vega 8 graphics. Will I face any error with two different drivers installed ?

You should be able to without running into issues. If it misbehaves you can always disable the integrated graphics so the dedicated GPU is the only one active.

When you install a discrete graphics card, you can disable the igpu. Keeping your igpu on is pointless as gtx1660 will perform better than your igpu under every circumstances unless you are looking at running dumb amount of displays (5-6) for a system like that.

 

As far as driver issues goes, you might. As with anything (especially AMD drivers) YMMV.
