mini hdmi to hdmi adapter for 144hz monitor

According to ZOTAC GTX 750 Ti Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database it's a mini-HDMI 2.0.

I have this old GPU zotac gtx 750 ti that only have 2 dual link DVI-D port and a mini hdmi port. I would like to buy a new 144hz monitor but most of them have HDMI or Display port. I would like to know if a mini hdmi to hdmi adapter will work at 144hz refresh rate.

JogerJ, thanks for the feedback.

So basically, a good mini-hdmi to hdmi 2.0 cable is all I need and it should work at 144hz refresh rate.
