Yes, it's enough.

500 W should be fine for your build.
Also the GTX 1650 doesn't need a PCIe power supply cable, because it's max. average power is around 75 W, which can be handled by the PCIe slot.

When your budget allows it and you want a quiet, higher quality power supply, look at Tier A or B of our PSU Tier List

I was planning to Buy a GTX 1650 and core i5 11400f with 16gb 3200MHz DDR4. Do you think that the Enermax NAXN 500W ENP500AGT Enough to run it?

It's on the slim side but it will be enough. In my dell G5, there is a 500W PSU for a 9700 and an RTX 2060, so a 11400f and a 1650 will use less power. Do you have anything else like many HDD's? Probably not but just checking

Actually I have:
SSD: 256GB
HDD: 7200rpm (2)
GPU: 1650
CPU: i5-11400f
FANS: around 5

I'm just wondering if my old "500w" PSU is enough for the new build because I'm way above the budget given to me. Thanks for the response
