Any issues with Corsair's new K70 Keyboard?

Title says it all. I was thinking about buying it, but am wondering if anyone has heard anyone complain about  problems with it. Seems like it's got good reviews so far.

My Rig:

Cooler Master Storm Trooper -  Asus Sabertooth Z77 -  I5 3570K @ 4.5 Ghz - Sandisk Extreme 120GB SSD - A few random HDDs from old laptops - Hyper 212+ - EVGA GTX 680 4GB - 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1333 - SeaSonic 750 Watt Gold PSU - Three 24'', one 19'', 15'' and 13'' monitors

Customer feedback and reviews on the K70 have been looking pretty good. I wonder why the K95 is taking so long even though it was announced earlier than the K70.
