My pc makes weird noises

Soo pc works fine but makes this annoying ass sound, sounds like the hdd but im not sure, my pc is loud as hell and i need help fixing that

From what you say it sound like a fan is hitting something, maybe a cable

its not a fan sounds like a hdd spinning up but its spinning up all the time that the pc is on

But do you have a hdd? How do you know it's not a fan, have you stopped all of them? Might be coil whine but not sure

yes i do, it has happened before switching my case w all the fans together
