Hi,
I have this monitor dell p2418ht (https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/dell-24-touch-monitor-p2418ht/apd/210-alcs/monitors-monitor-accessories),and I bought it second hand (used), it came with a screen protector. Now that screen protector adhesive is coming off, problem is its taking the pixels with it like my screen behind the protector is white. I have attached the pictures. How do I remove the protector without risking my pixels. Any help would be apreciated.

It's not a protector, it's the top polarizing layer. Do NOT remove it.

That is not a screen protector,it is some sort of anti-reflective film. Removing that will destroy your screen.

Is there any way to replace or fix it? It look ugly as hell.

If the adhesive side is relatively clean from dirt, you could try some optically clear adhesive. I haven't tried that myself, but it's the kind of stuff that bonds phone screens to the touch glass. Apparently people use it for adding screen lights to the Game Boy Color, so there are some online vendors that have good stock.

You won't be able to get it like-new perfect without replacing the entire sheet or LCD, but you should be able to at least make it better.

I've ordered other parts from Handheld Legend before:

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
