Nope. I downloaded and installed everything on one drive and then plugged in the Windows drive, configured the BIOS, and that happened.

What changes did you make to the BIOS 

 

Just for debug reasons unplug the OS X drive and try to boot into windows directly.

That is really strange. It's doesn't seem to see the boot record on your Windows drive. I would do quick google on that issue. I'm about to leave my computer and can't be much help right now.

Have you Installed Windows on UEFI?? 

Because Chameleon can't boot into Windows UEFI!! You will need to change Boot Priority every time to boot Into Windows

Yes If you want to use Chameleon bootloader correctly  Anyway, if you don't want to reinstall you can just switch Boot Priority every time i the bios (depending how often you use windows)

If I m right, clover bootloader works with uefi
