Changing Windows Automatic Maintenance to weekly

Hi all,

 

So my home NAS is idle most of the time and because power is pretty expensive here I've put in a lot of effort to get idle power consumption and noise to a minimum. One of the things I have configured is the PC spinning down the drives after 30 minutes of inactivity. But every night at 02:00 windows spins all of them back up for the automatic maintenance. Since defragging is done only weekly I'd like the auto maintenance to also we done weekly, or every two days or so.

 

I've read that spinning up drives it what causes wear and I want to keep that to a minimum. So far I've only found out how to change the time but not the frequency.
