I just want the best IPS panel in colors with less glow and bleeding, so what is better and your experience with these 2 monitors

Honestly, if you pay $50 you get a 240hz ips VG259QM

Which is actually insane. If you play anything that gets up to 240hz I recommend it. Depending if you are in the US or not I guess.

Seems cool but my options are limited between these 2 monitors only. I need to know the best QC to avoid dead pixels, bleeding or glowing issues as much as possible

well one of those is 75hz

if gaming, just get the 144hz one.
