So I don't pay for my power is there anyway I can mine without hurting my gpu

I have a 1070 I don't pay for my power so it doesn't need to be overcloocker or anything

For mining most effecient practises are usualy downclocking GPU anyway.
(Ill leave out mentioning the memory will be overclocked tho )

But its not mining thats bad for your GPU, just like gaming.

Its the heat but only if its very much to much.

Ive been mining for year and a half now with my GTX 1060 6GB and when i wanna game i just turn the miner off and game.
Still works as great as day one.


(I use Nicehash (since it runs on windows easily) miner with their built in down/over-clock settings)

ohh ok cool would you say with your 1060 you make decent money I have been using salad and I get like 50cents a day

I've been mining mostly on 60+ €uro cents per day. While paying about 40 cents for power.
But it also depends on the market itself. Crypto is luckily coming back from a lil crash right now.

But a 1070 should mine faster then a 1060 tho.

I've been using the Nicehash miner, using the daggerhashimoto thing.
