I'm planning a mid range gaming build, mostly for mmo's games. This will be a 2 stage build.

Intel Core G3420 or i3 4330 (to be replaced by a i7 4770k in a few months)

GTX 650 Ti (to be replaced by a GTX 770 in a few months)

Gigabyte G1.Snyper Z87 or MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Z87

Cooler Master N200

2x 4GB Kingston HyperX Beast 2400

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

2x Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Ed

Corsair CX750

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (to run windows 8.1)

Samsung 840 Pro 120GB (to run games and other programs)

Give me some feedback plz

When games finally start using more cores the 4670k will be getting outdated

Get a 4670k and get lower clocked RAM, you don't need 2400Mhz, get 1600 or 1866, it will be cheaper. Also only 240GB of storage might run out soon, I would consider a < 500GB HDD, you can wait until you think you need it though. I would try and save up for the 4670k and 770 right away vs buying parts and then replacing them in a few months because it will be cheaper, but if you can't save it up then that will get you by until you get the better parts.

- i7-2600k @ 4.7GHz - MSI 1070 8GB Gaming X - ASUS Maximus V Formula AC3 Edition - 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws @ 1600Mhz - Corsair RM1000 - 1TB 7200RPM Seagate HDD + 2TB 7200 HDD + 2x240GB M500 RAID 0 - Corsair 750D - Samsung PX2370 & ASUS ROG SWIFT -

The 4770k would be outdated by the time the 4670k is.

If you really have to make this a two step build, I'd use The G3420 because it's bloody cheap and has similar gaming performance as an i3. for the GPU. It's really bad to use a GPU for only a few months because of the value loss. You should definitley try to get a used GPU for that time. Either a used GTX 650 Ti or something similar.

who cares...

I'm thinking of 2400mhz for the future, expecially for the quad core. unfortunatly i can't get the 770 or a better cpu right now.
