Help with trading/swapping motherboard

My grandmother bought me a motherboard for Christmas and i JUST NOW noticed its the intel version when i needed the amd version. I sent her the right amazon link to right board so i didnt think it would be the wrong one. Is there a site or store i can trade it for the amd version? The motherboard is GIGABYTE B560M DS3H, i need the GIGABYTE B550M DS3H

Sell it on eBay. You'll get close to what you paid and lose a bit on sellers fees. Do an auction and charge the buyer for shipping. They'll just think about the bid amount and disregard shipping in the calculus most of the time.
