Cooler Master ARGB controller and Gigabyte Motherboard

Alright, I am kind of a noob to building computers and I just got the cooler master ARGB led controller. I want to use it with my Gigabyte b450m s2h and gigabytes rgb fusion. First of all i don't think my motherboard has a rgb header, secondly i don't have a spear f_usb and finally i can not understand these instructions. Please help me ASAP.

Sadly it does not look like it has a RGB header. As for the spare 2.0 header you can buy a device to get more 2.0 USB headers

I would look around as well if you don't think that will work. I just did a quick search because I knew NZXT made internal USB header devices.

 

As for the instructions what specifically are you confused about?
