Posted April 18, 2014 So I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm having some issues getting my eyefinity setup proplerly. I have two monitors which both support dvi-d, and a tv used as a middle monitor that runs off hdmi. No matter what I do, it seems I can only get two screens on at a time, whether it be a monitor and the tv or both monitors. My graphics card is the sapphire r9 270x dual-x OC 4gb. Posted April 18, 2014 Eyefinity requires use of at least one display port on the rear of the graphics card, you need either a display port cable connecting to a monitor directly or an active adapter converting it to DVI
 Posted April 27, 2014 I thought you dont need the active adapter anymore Maybe you don't, to be honest I'm not too sure what the deal is with the newest AMD cards, I know when I was setting up my eyefinity kit with two 7970s I would have needed an active adaptor. Diden't use one in the end as my monitors natively support Display Port.
