Why there is red light beside of green light. Can anyone explain this

One is to indicate power is on to the system and the other is usually a HDD activity LED indicator. This one usually blinks rapidly when storage is being accessed.

Both LEDs used to be green and now you have one green and one red? (Which is what it seems from the picture?) Or you had a green LED and no LED next to it?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Is that a pre-built or your own filled case?
If the first, does it have a manual telling you what this very specific thing means?

If its the 2nd, how are those lights connected?
Most likely like others have said, one power LED and another for HDD activity.

And also is this a new computer (to you) that you ask this question?

Shouldve put a little summary besides just posting the picture, make it easier on us all. 🙂

In traffic green means go red means stop.

This is not traffic however so we would need more info.

We dont know that specific case, or how its built. 😉

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

It means whoever designed the case thought it would look nice with a red power LED and a green drive activity LED.

The color doesn't matter, only whether they're on or not. (They can only light up in one color, they're not RGB.) Back in the day, it was common to see green power LEDs and yellow (amber) drive activity LEDs.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
