I have an Asus Tuf Gaming B660M-plus Wi-Fi D4

 

it comes with a thing to screw in and get Wi-Fi and I screwed it in and no Wi-Fi 

Any help is welcome

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Can you send us a picture of your WiFi card if you put one in?

Also the back where the antenna for it is.

And what does device manager show for wireless devices/network?
