Best CPU for what?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Graphically demanding games will be more GPU taxing, especially if you're at 1440p or 4k. I'd probably just go with the 12700k for good price to performance.

Best CPU for gaming would be Intel's top of the line 12th gen i9 12900K, water cool it and overclock the stuffing out of it. Rumor has it that the 12900KS will be released soon which is just a moar bettur version of the same CPU.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
