You can add a soundcard at the same time as long as you have spare room.

Niether they're both junk, you want GDDR5 for a GPU and a memory bus that can actually take advantage of the memory on the card, I would look on ebay for a used 7770 or 750 ti.

Ok so you're paying 177$ (transformed) for a 650 or you could get a 750ti for 187$ (also translated from INR). Save up and get the 750ti. http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-gtx-750ti-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdtth6ymguyapq?pid=GRCDTTH6YMGUYAPQ&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=750+ti&ref=b3966852-1b6b-4887-9aab-3cd8191848a6

Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 9,000/-

I went a little over budget to 9625 for 750

This will be much better than any of the two options you named.

first size doesn'T matter, resolution is the factor. Second: NO! (ok maybe if they're ancient 800x600 monitors)

3 screens should be fine on the 650, just do not expect graphically demanding games to run well with 3 screens enabled.

You could always switch to 1 monitor mode for playing games.
