So they will be the right thread?  I've never mounted an AIO before, just air coolers.  As I understand that each AIO manufacturer uses different threads for their radiators.  Will this matter?

Should be since NZXT is just rebranded Asetek like 99% of the AIOs out there.

Hi I wondering if someone could help me out.  I wanted to use a set of 3 T30 phanteks 120mm fans with my X73 Kraken AIO.  Does anyone know what screws I need to be able to do this?  Will the longer 36mm screws that come with the T30 fans work?  Or if there a specific length or thread pattern I need?  I would like to mount them in a push setup with the radiator at the top of my case(Metallic Gear Neo Qube).

Here is the fans spec page https://www.phanteks.com/PH-F120T30.html

Yes, the 36mm screws will be what you use.
