Supposedly B560 chipset was released OC support from Intel.

 

The problem you have it's an OEM build. So that's not an aftermarket motherboard. A lot of features are wiped out.

 

All you can do is hope for a bios update. Or try rolling it back if up to date. The G10CE shows 2 bios revisions. I did not find anything concerning E10CE.
