Help pc won't turn on

I have a hp ms-G013 Ver:1.0 from a prebuilt and it came with stock cooler and an i3 - 4330 or something along this lines. The mobo is from a prebuilt and has standard connectors. I swapped for an i5 - 4590. The pc won't turn on I have tried 2 psus and 3 different types of ram. Won't even load into bios but when I turn on power supply it shows green auxiliary light in solid and the Cpu fan begins to spin up and even goes full speed.

If you swap back to the i3 that worked does it turn on?

Does it still work with the old cpu? because this might be a non compatible cpu

Most likely the hp motherboard won't work with the 4590. That's a haswell refresh chip.

Is it not the same generation? It was a 4th gen i3 aswell. Sorry first time ever doing things like this

Ohhh right. Is there an i5 chip it might work with by any chance?

 

Also sick build. Hope to get something like that some day.

I have a meshify c white

I7 3770 

24 gb ram

Gtx 1070

500gb ssd and 1tb Hdd. 

 

Also my laptop is Asus zenbook duo

I7 1165g7

16gb 4200mhz ram

Using my 1070 in an egpu 

AND 500gb ssd.

Put back the i3 and update the BIOS chances are you might get an update that will add support for the 4590
