Constant issue with windows file sharing

I am having an issue where my other pc will not be accessible in the network. I then restart the other pc and the error dissappears. Then, the error just keeps coming back randomly. Restarting fixes it but the error normally just comes back. Any fixes?

Is it a harddrive or ssd? I'm thinking that the harddrive is spinning down and the other computer isn't able to wake it up.

I am using an ssd and there are 2 computers on the network. One is my main pc and my other is my second laptop

Is there hosting pc going to sleep? I'd turn off any sleep, hibernation states and see if the issue goes away.

Both pc's have no sleep or any hibernation activated. Fast startup is disabled on both systems
