my serial number is XAW10087558394

according to this website it is patched: https://suchmememanyskill.github.io/guides/switchserials/

I'm disappointed.

Am I wrong? I thought the Nintendo Switch HAC-001 model was the unpatched model, but the serial checker (https://damota.me/ssnc/checker/) Says my Switch is patched. The back of the Switch says HAC-001. Not HAC-001(-1).

Can I still Homebrew it (I didn't discuss it don't ban me)

The HAC-001 vs HAC-001(-01) is not the determining factor of whether a Switch is patched - Nintendo fixed the bug before releasing the (-01) model, thus why the serial checker exists (otherwise it'd be as simple as looking at the back). The (-01) model was simply a revision to decrease power consumption and thus increase battery life.

Side note, I'm sad my release day Switch died (boots up and displays blue screen). It was definitely pwnable.
