Low Performance In Valorant.

And the Processor And Memory Features have been attached for the same.

The CPU + GPU are capable of running the game at 200+fps yet the max is 130 at low settings.

I get 110-130fps on an average, I play the game plugged in, without any background apps running, Have the latest drivers installed but I still don't get the max performance promised. Laptops which have lower specs than mine run the game smoother and at significantly higher Fps. I have already tried all the solutions in this guide:https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402304131347-Optimal-Settings-for-VALORANT

I would just like to know if the problem is with the Hardware or its the game itself.
