Motherboard voltage readings are generally not very accurate. There are a couple boards that are an exception, but for the most part it's about +- .03V from the true value. Those voltage readings from the PSU are well within margin of error as well.
Also, that DIMM voltage is fine. Basically no memory IC you'd find in that memory kit is voltage intolerant enough to have any meaningful difference between true 1.35v and 1.37v. In fact it's likely to make the memory mare stable than less.
If you're concerned about the memory not working right, run Memtest86 for a few hours and see if it works. If it passes, it's not likely the memory at fault. If it fails, your memory isn't stable and you either need to increase memory voltage or lower the frequency/loosen the timings.
