display port 1.4 bug ?

guys i have a problem,  i use samsung oddessy g9 , on dp1.4 but when i turn off my screen and back on windows have all fields resized/screwed up, audio source is changed to monitor, also when i have my screen off i can not even remote my pc, how can i fix this ?

DisplayPort is a bit weird in that  area. If I turn off the monitor, Windows does not recognize it as a display anymore while it does not do anything for HDMI. Might just be that and nothing to fix there

This is normal behavior for DisplayPort unfortunately.

What if you put it in sleep mode?  I.e. "turn off monitor after xxx minutes" in windows power settings?

that is an option,

but it turns on randomly just like when i put my pc in to sleep, 

i turned off mouse and keyboard wake up in the device manager,

that doesn't work when i press a key or move mouse it still wakes ppc up,

nic is set to magic packs only, also that doesn't help,

 

the waking up is atleast not done by the mouse because if mouse moves it's rgb turns on,

This why I'm still using DVI cables for my display so I can turn my Monitor off and on. Sleep Mode works better on my laptop then my Desktop. Why? Well I wouldn't know.
