Please HELP fix this issue with win10

Hi, i have a problem , when i restart or shut down my pc it always show this i don't know what is this and why it appears.

Anybody knows how to fix it

try shutting down programs that aren't essential windows programs (through task manager) one at a time before shutdowns, whichever one you closed before shutting down without that issue is your problem. might be better ways, but that's what i would try.

If it happens always you can try:

 

Open Task Manager > Startup > Disable any program that you find suspicious or that you don't want to be open at startup.

 

Or

 

Open searchbar > type msconfig > services > click on the squarebox that says don't show microsoft services > remove the ones you consider non-essential.

 

Maybe this will fix it, if it does fix it, it will be shown AFTER the first restart.

there is a program running that shouldn't be, go though the list of programs running in task manager more thoroughly, it may take time, but there isn't a quick solution. also, run a full system scan with windows defender, you definitely could have a virus or malware causing this issue.

i did with eset nod32 and defender and nothing , i will try with task manager to search somethign

it helped but still don't know what was that thing, thx, i forgot about msconfig
