Gpu problem?

Hello I have a problem that occurs randomly and every myb 2 days it happens, so it's not constant. My screen on some tabs (desktop, chrome, it can be any rly, execpt for the game im playing at the time for some reason it doesnt go green and weird there) goes green and acts weirdly, its only some apps so its not my monitor, i think its my gpu but idk if its fixable. It goes green and gives me a seizure bcs its not still image it moves around like crazy, there can be other colors also but here it is green. Here is an example I screenshotted. The 1st image is an example of what my twallpaper normally looks. Anyone know what this might be xD?

Does your system have an onboard gpu? If so remove the gpu and switch to the onboard immediately if you are prone to seizures as that's incredibly dangerous to try and diagnose. I'd then hand the machine off to another person instead of you for diagnostics.

I was making a joke, I don't actually get seizures it just is that annoying sometimes
