DirectX DLL help please

I know it's a repost, I don't care. it has 0 replies.

 

So for a customer I've built a PC and when running several games I get these weird errors like.

 

D3Dll blabla either not designed to run.

And my GeForce Experience doesn't work too ( Shadowplay couldn't install and couldn't connect to nVidia or something weird )

Games it occurs:

Goat Simulator

Lego Marvels

Metro Last Light

 

and probably more.

 

What I've tried:

 

Reinstalling and repairing DirectX

Reinstalling all my drivers and all of the Microsoft's Framework packs and such

manually installing nVidia's Drivers

Reinstalling the games I didn't buy but somehow got to work.. lol

Reinstalling Steam

 

And any attempt to repair or fix it

 

Only thing I haven't done is reinstalling Windows itself.

Anyone here who can help me?

It's each time ___ .DLL either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.
