Budget (including currency): 750 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games and Schoolwork, maybe a bit of rendering but nothing serious

Other details: I have a PC Part Picker list I made up, if somone could maybe refine it a bit that would be really helpfull.  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rHhmPX  I dont need any peripherals, Im upgrading from a gaming laptop, I am planning to buy whenever.  I would like to play at 1080p 60hz. NO GPU INCLUDED IN THE PRICE I am hoping to buy GPU if the prices go down.

There's honestly not much use in giving you build recommendations if you won't be purchasing a GPU any time soon, as the prices very likely won't be coming down any time soon. They've been inflated for a long time now.

 

By the time you're ready to purchase your gpu, the build recommendations given now may very well not be optimal anymore.

I will not be planning to buy a gpu for a while, I might try to get a snag for a 3050 when it launches but otherwise it will be planned to be integrated graphics only, so I guess scratch the gaming part.

Going for a 3050 is a good idea.

If you're unable to snatch one of those, you could go the route of a 5600/5700g, as they have a much better igpu than Intel's counterpart.

However, the 12th gen CPUs will be better performers, so it's a tough call.
