Samsung Smart TV, wired ethernet woes

I have a Samsung smart TV (I'll follow up with the model and current firmware version later) wired into a network switch. After a while if I try to use any of the smart TV apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) it says there is an issue and can not access the internet. I try running the TV's network tester and it offers little more than the internet isn't working and diagnostics can't resolve the issue. If I power cycle the TV and try again it will immediately start working just fine.

 

Was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar and any fixes you might recommend.
