Hi! I recentily have a desktop computer from my indian friend

HP compaq dc5850 Factory come with Windows 7 Basic license, and I would like to install Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS 32bit

I noticed my system clock can be change to 2038/1/19 -- 01:19:00 but it will return to 1901/9/14

Did I need to replace my Linux Kernel from 4.15.0 to 5.6?

or just leave it to orignal or install Ubuntu 21.04 64bit?

32 bit probably won't be supported by the time the date comes, unless on very specific hardware, so what's the point of worrying about it? If the time comes when the issue is still present and it needs to be fixed, then the solution will probably be to change the way that 32 bit OS represents dates, but it's a bit useless of a problem to solve
