Will this build support m.2?

Your board has two M.2 2280 slots. If you go with the 10th gen processor, only one will work. If you get an i5-11400 or 11400F instead, both M.2 slots will work.

It's not really clear where your question is coming from. Your board has two M.2 slots, clearly indicated in all specs. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Yes, the board has an M.2 Slot. You can check this information within the product page on PCPP for the board.

M.2 is just the form factor, M.2 SSD's can still be SATA
