Yeah sry bout the picture, took it trough a magnifying glass. Here are two more but I think Ill go with a secound mobo, at least its cheaper.

Looks like some thermal paste or something is on the CPU pads. Do you have any rubbing alcohol (92% or higher) that you can use on those pads?

I cleaned it already. Could do it again but Im pretty sure its clean or was clean enough

Pull everything out of the case and build the system on a box/test bench. If you were careful when cleaning, there is no reason for the cpu to be dead.

I did that too. Nothing helped so far. Same CPU error. I really hope my CPU isnt dead. I used arm strap with a wire to ground myself and the pc was plugged in. I really cant imagine that Ive killed my CPU.
