cpu Broken CPU or Pins?

My PC, since I cleaned it, wont boot. It shows CPU error on the motherboard LEDs. I could buy a new one but I cant see any bent pins or damage on neither of the components. Is my CPU maybe dead? It worked before and i dont have a secound motherboard atm. Any Tips?

pics a bit blurry, but the pins look okay. do any of the pads look damaged on the CPU? and is the cpu warped at all? if everything looks fine, the only way to tell which is the problem will be to try a different mobo, or cpu.

Yeah sry bout the picture, took it trough a magnifying glass. Here are two more but I think Ill go with a secound mobo, at least its cheaper.

Looks like some thermal paste or something is on the CPU pads. Do you have any rubbing alcohol (92% or higher) that you can use on those pads?

Checked everything, all plugged in:/ Even a secound power supply didnt do it

I cleaned it already. Could do it again but Im pretty sure its clean or was clean enough

Pull everything out of the case and build the system on a box/test bench. If you were careful when cleaning, there is no reason for the cpu to be dead.

I did that too. Nothing helped so far. Same CPU error. I really hope my CPU isnt dead. I used arm strap with a wire to ground myself and the pc was plugged in. I really cant imagine that Ive killed my CPU.
