SSD &HDD help connecting to computer

Hey

 

so I have a new MacBook Air M1, and am no longer using my pc with like 3 or 4 HDD’s and SSD’s. I was just wondering, is there any way I can connect those storage devices to my Mac without using the network feature where I can access them through the network? I was trying to think of a way of connecting them physically to the mac but didn’t know if it was possible
