Is it possible to mix and sync different brands argb pieces together without argb header on motherboard?

Hi, so i'm planning to buy 2 new parts for my PC upgrade:

P500A D-RGB case(it inculdes 3 D-RGB fans + D-RGB controller in the case) and the other part is AIO Lian Li Galahad 360 (  3 ARGB Fans + ARBG PUMP + ARGB controller ) for full ARGB madness, but i don't have any ARGB headers on my motherboard.

My PC SETUP ( By Far):

PSU: Fractal Design 760 Ion+ Platinum

CPU: 5600x (Already upraded)

GPU: 980 ti AMP Extreme

Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max.(Not new, but working with 5600x flawlessly)

RAM: Corsar Vengeance Pro(2x8).

My question is, can i somehow sync ARGB on my AIO and Case Fans? Maybe there is dedicated ARGB controller/hub where i could connect all of these products together and control them throught the HUB ,or it is only one way by connecting each part to their ARGB controllers and leave without syncing.
