First time Mem Oc - advice ?

well i set my kingston hyperx e die (micron i think) 64gigs KHX3200C16D4/16GX from 3200 xmp2 to 3333 (3400 bsods windows) with 16/19/19/39/58/560/2 (hwinfo)

with hwinfo dram voltage 1.379v i ran memtest for most of my ram (50gb leaving the rest for system) and was testing a few hours with no error. so my question is , is it safe, there is no ram temps so are these voltages fine ? do i need to look out for things besides errors and bsods ? what does downbin mean in thaiphoon burner ? what timings are important and what does they mean performanswise ? i just took my xmp2 timing (i reduced the tcas from 20 to 19 and set frequency to 3333 from xmp2 as base) thx for all possible answers
