MemTest is a good start

There is also this

This is also a good list

For stability testing, I use TM5, as well as Linpack Xtreme

Memory Testing with TestMem5 TM5 with custom configs | Overclock.net

I use the anta777 Extreme profile, as well as the absolut.

Linpack Xtreme (1.1.5) Download | TechPowerUp

I use an 8GB load most of the time.. its pretty brutal so be wary.

You should have some air moving for both of these tests..

AMD R7 5800X3D | Thermalright Aqua Elite 360, 3x TL-B12, 2x TL-K12
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | 32GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3733C14
Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC @ 3045/1495 | WD SN850, SN850X
Seasonic Vertex GX-1000 | Fractal Torrent Compact, 2x TL-B14
