For basic web use. Option 1 with 8gb of ram and a 240ssd selected is fine but the CPU is very weak so even a simple task like web browsing may push its limits. Option 2 has a bit more power BUT it has a HHD which is much slower, so if boot times don't matter to you I'd go with that. Option 3 with the "6TH GEN CORE i5" selected will give you the most power and it has an SSD for boot, this one is a bit more expensive but it has the best overall performance. Hope this helps!
