Maybe look in the control panel/settings page of your OS.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

helpful.

I did that before I came here and found a different identify cursor option, which was turned off.

The ease of access "mouse pointer" menu didn't have anything, and sarching "show," "identify," "mouse," and "pointer" in windows settings also didn't bring anything up.

That is something that normally shows up in the software for the mouse.  Such as Logitech control panel or whatever the name is for that particular mouse.  Since I have a Logitech mouse, in Win11 look under Logitech Options.

Please don't say that as if i should know, you did not say. 😉

But also, i tought you had another OS then Windows since  the Windows curso locator looks way different.

And thats why you put some EFFORT into your post. Like what mouse do you have what OS do you run etc.
When it happens when not, in what programs, etc.
Help us help you instead of expecting us to know what you already tried. 🙂
