Logitech G pro x headset crashes (Logitech no response to any other posts despite the oldest one I can find is 2 years old)

Hi all,

 

I am hoping some one can help me I am getting really sick of these crashes given it's a nice headset when it's not crashing my PC I was hoping someone can help me fix the problem.

G hub is upto date and the firmware of the headset is upto date.

I have tried reinstalling g hub and the headset driver multiple times.

Have you updated your system/G hub? It also could be a firmware update
