If you clock the flip-flop and send a 1 through do you return a 0? I having to write out a timing diagram and im totally lost... thanks in advance

It's been a whole minute since I had a class on digital logic but as best I can read from this truth table 34NVJ059.GIF

If you have J = 1 & K = 0, if you clock it you will get Q =1 & -Q = 0.

If both J & K are 1 & you clock it you will toggle the output state. So if you have Q = 1 & -Q = 0 you will have Q = 0 & -Q = 1 & vice versa.
