Display not coming through

I just spent the better half of the day reworking my water cooling loop and decided to upgrade my cpu as well. I went from a Ryzen 5 1600 to a Ryzen 7 3800x. My motherboard is a MSI x370 gaming pro and now when I try to boot it up everything seems to work except no display will come through. I have tried resocketing the cpu, and have checked all connections. I have even tried putting the old cpu back in and it did the same thing. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
