Use compressed air first, then a soft ESD safe brush, then use 99% iso and a qtip/coffee filter as needed to clean the rest. Make sure you don't press hard and wipe as you may start breaking off SMDs

Hello Everyone! I just got a killer deal on a gtx 1660. I only paid $100 for it, but there's a bunch of crap on the back of the pcb. It works fine but I want to clean it up a bit. Any tips?
