Two displays, one HDMI and one Display Port

I just got another monitor, and my other one only has an hdmi port. The new one has both an HDMI and Display Port. How can i connect them to my graphics card?

Dell u2417h

I'm assuming you're asking this because that monitor comes with a mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable instead of a normal cable. The solution is either buy an adapter or buy a normal DisplayPort cable.
