Oculus Software not installing properly

Hello, just created a account to ask for some help here, for the past 5 hours ive been trying to install the oculus software. No matter what at the very end of the installation it always pops up with installation failed.

for a little bit of history, yes i disabled firewall and have tried deleting the cache and all traces of the download on my computer. Ive tried contacting support and going throw a years worth of youtube about this but regardless the error message pops up. any help is amazingly appreciated:)
