yes you should be able to get like 30fps but your probably going to need to go with 1080p with all low or even 720p all low

The required specs for the game I want to play are: 

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64Bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4590 / AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 390
  • Storage: 18 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: Minimum Specs are for VR, lower specs may work for Non-VR

 Could i survive off of: Intel UHD Graphics 630

the uhd is a fraction of the speed of a gtx970

Is it possible you have a discrete graphics card as well?
