What's the best CPU cooler under 60 dollars that fits with LGA 115x slot?

im not a intel guy but this is the best cooler at that price point (and im pretty sure its compatible,  check the specifications)

That's a very broad question, and almost certainly going to cause heated opinions.

 

However, there are many reviews that categorize the Scythe Fuma 2 as a very good, well priced option.

what makes it better than noctua? and is it really that cheap?

 

ps: what i think makes the noctua great is, it looks awesome,  its quite and has better performance than many bigger more expensive coolers, its basically tiny! and not to mention how easy it is to install... (at least for AM4)

That Noctua cooler is good. The Scythe Fuma 2 is also good. I suggest OP look at reviews and decide for his use case, based on reviews, noise, space in case, and desired aesthetics.
