Hey folks.

My computer won't boot up since I turned on secure boot. I have gigabyte b450 elite v2 motherboard and i've read some articles saying that this is mostly caused on gigabyte motherboards. So the issue is basically the fact that my pc won't boot. I also cannot use any output neither can i plug in some devices because usb ports dont work too. The thing I tried are the following: i removed all the components like cpu, gpu and ram. I tried to remove the cmos battery and also tried to clear cmos using two pins near the battery. I really am hopeless because i have a feeling that I have tried everything that people said in other discusiions. Yes I am really dumb for enabling something not kmowing what will be next. I also have led's on board labeled VGA, DRAM, CPU and BOOT. The first three led are flashing in some loop constatnly. Any advice will be helpful. Should I get a new mobo or is anyone out there who can help? Thanks!
