Trying to install the latest version of wine on Ubuntu, but repository has invalid key

nightmarevoid

I'm trying to add the latest version of wine by adding winehq as the repository (i'm following the guide on their website) but I keep running into an error that the public key is not available, and as such installation is disabled by default. most guides I find online just say to remove the troublesome repositories, but this doesn't help at all as I just end up trying to readd them.

I did download and install the release keys, as suggested by most guides, however I still get the error that no public keys can be found for any of the builds on winehq. Any help?
